Challenge. Two IT teams needed a clearer, shared software development workflow.
What we built. A revised software development workflow for both IT teams, implemented in ClickUp from January to August 2026, plus team training.
Result. 127 support hours delivered. The client is expanding to 124 ClickUp Business Plus seats.
Challenge. The IT team was tracking assets, projects and overtime by hand.
What we built. Three workflows: status-mapping automation for IT asset and configuration (CMDB) tracking, a project portfolio dashboard, and overtime/standard-hours calculation automation.
Result. Delivered in 44 of 50 budgeted hours. Completion signed off in July 2026.
Challenge. Project intake ran on Jotform and sprints on Azure Boards, so work was split across two tools.
What we built. A ClickUp project initiation form with automatic project numbering, automated sponsor endorsement emails, automatic sprint creation and weekly update reminders, dashboards, training, and post-go-live support.
Result. 288 support hours delivered. The client renewed in August 2026.
